1. Customer’s
Dissatisfaction
IMPORTANT: We
don't accept return of food products of any kind.

Withdrawal to Purchase
If
you have purchased something with Get Brasil, received the product in perfect
conditions but even so you are not
happy with your purchase, you may request the purchase cancellation through our
customers service. But please be sure you understand the rules
below.

Term for withdrawal to purchase:
According
to the Brazilian Consumer’s Defense Code buyers may request their
withdrawal to purchase in online stores within 7 (seven) days after receiving
the product.
You
must contact the store administration as soon as you receive the order to
request a cancellation, according to the following
conditions:
Goods
Return:
- The
goods should be returned by post office with postage paid by the customer and
sent to the address given on the invoice of purchase
- The
product should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and
handbooks included.
- The
product should be returned together with the copy of the Purchase Invoice.
- The
product should not present any signs of having been
used.
ATTENTION:
Should the product not follow the conditions required above, it will not be
accepted as returned goods and will be automatically returned to the original
address. Under these conditions, Get Brasil shall be entitled to new shipping
& handling charge.
Money
reimbursement:

PayPal/Credit Card: Credit within 15 working days. Shipping & handling
fees will not be reimbursed.
ATTENTION:
Money reimbursement will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the
products conditions. Product(s) must not present any signs of having been
used.
NOTE:
All cancellation intention should be mandatorily communicated to Get Brasil
before the goods shipment. Otherwise the
order will
not be accepted.

2. Products without
defect
•
New Product:
The
new product may be replaced within 30 days. As long as it is presented under the
same conditions in which it has been received/purchased (in the original
packaging and with no signs of use).
Remember
that in order to be replaced the product must be in its original packaging and
with no signs of use
If
you have purchased a product in our online store but were not satisfied with it
and want to replace it with another item, please follow the rules
below:

Return:
- The
product mustn’t present any signs of having been used
- The
product should be returned with a copy of the Purchase Invoice
- The
product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and
handbooks
- The
goods should be returned by post office with postage paid by the customer and
sent to the address given on the invoice of purchase
Goods
Replacement:
- You may
choose another item available in our online store
- The
product choice must be for the same value limit. If there is any price
difference for a higher value the difference should be paid according to the
existing options in the site
- Customer
should indicate the item chosen for the replacement on the back of the Purchase
Invoice copy
- The
product should be sent to the customer’s registered address after the new
shipping & handling payment.

3. Defective Products
•
Product with alleged Failure of Manufacture:
The
products traded by Get Brasil have up to 90 days guarantee concerning natural
manufacture failure, except for products where the Manufacturer provides direct
assistance to the customer through Technical Assistance service
centers.
Please
see below how to request evaluation of alleged manufacture
failures:
Goods
Return:
- The
product should be returned by mail to the address on the Purchase Invoice
- The
product should be returned in the original packaging
- It is
mandatory that the customer should send the Purchase Invoice 2nd via
with the product
- The
customer should send a brief written report on the alleged failure concerning
the complaint explaining the problem in detail.
ATTENTION:
Products sent without the above specifications shall not be accepted for the
failure analysis and shall be returned to the sender’s address and additional
shipping & handling fees will be charged.
Analysis of the Product’s
failure:
- The
product’s failure evaluation will be carried out by our suppliers, which shall
give the final technical report on
the replacement request
- Average
term for conclusion: 15 to 30 working days after the product return
delivery.
Replacement Favorable Technical
Report:
- The
customer shall receive the replacement product on the original address with no
additional costs
- If the
same product is not available in the manufacturers stock, the costumer will be
informed and may chose another product for replacement, among the existing
options available in the site, within the credit value limit
- If
there is any price difference between the chosen product and the replaced
product prices the difference should be paid before
shipping.
Replacement Disapproval
Report:
- The
product shall be returned to the customer with the disapproval letter/report
with no right to replacement.
Disapproval
Items:
- Absence
of fault (the failure pointed by the customer is not proved)
- Signs
of inappropriate use of the product
- Signs
of accidental damage
- Natural
wear due to use.
4. Get Brasil
Obligations
•
The purchase Automatic Cancellation:
The
order Cancellation and the purchased products Release by Get Brasil shall be
automatic under the situations as follows:
- Inability
to implement the corresponding debit to the credit card purchase
- Inconsistency
of data filled in the application
- No
order payment within 7 (seven) days.
The
values Reimbursement by Get Brasil’s decision shall occur under the situations
as follows:
Inability
to deliver the goods due to no indication of address by the buyer in the order
or the address non accessibility. In the impossibility of order delivery for
that reason, the goods shall return to Get Brasil to the return address provided
in the shipment and a refund issued by Get Brasil to the client, minus shipping
& handling fees.
