orders.
International
shipments are subject to retention by Customs at the destiny country in order to
verify the contents or import taxes application, according to each country’s
legislation. Therefore packages may be opened. After checking, the package is
sealed again by Customs. The delays due to these kinds of procedures have not
been taken into account in the terms presented in this
guide.
It
must be clear that each country of destiny has specific requirements for some
orders shipping/delivery. These requirements are different in each country, as
they are determined by Customs at the destiny country. We suggest that you
contact the Customs in your country to be aware of the country’s possible import
conditions. Visiting the Customs World Organization (Organização Mundial de
Aduanas)
site may be a good start as in this portal you can find links to several
countries’ Customs.
The
countries send to the Post Office a list of goods that have entry prohibition or
restrictions in their territory To know about these prohibitions and

It
must be understood that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the
import taxes and tributes for releasing the ordered goods at the destiny country
Customs. In case of retention or arrest by the destiny Customs, Get Brasil shall
not be responsible nor shall
reimburse the values paid in these cases.

express goods that offers guarantee terms for the main cities in the world. The
Service offers free automatic insurance up to R$ 450,00 and you may also chose
an optional insurance when your
goods exceeds the free insurance value.
EMS
Mercadoria
For
goods up to 30
kg. The shipping will be dealt with high priority from
postage to the destiny delivery. The EMS Mercadorias delivery estimated is from
2 to 6 working days counting from the postage date. The service offers a R$
200,00 free automatic insurance and you may also chose an optional insurance
when your goods exceeds the free insurance value

delivery estimated from 15 to 30 working, the Mercadoria Econômica service will
offer you the lowest

you, this is the appropriate solution: speed and low prices. This service is for
shipping up to 2
kg goods and with R$1.000,00 maximum value, the lowest
delivery time and optimum prices.

Light Goods is for sending gifts and samples; the Leve Economica is the most economic way for shipping
goods and objects up to 2kg and contents maximum value up to R$1.000,00. The
delivery estimated time for this kind of shipping is between 15 and 30 working days for the main
cities in the world.
